Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

It all depends on job, some are hourly rates like flooring and general contracting, some are based on customer needs. I prefer to go over the details of the project to ensure that customers are getting the best and most accurate price. Having said that, don't hesitate to respond to me so that we can talk more about it.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I love to speak with the customer about the job, make sure we are clear on what needs to be done and also offer recommendations if needed. We will write up contracts for each client and their project.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I always tell a potential client to get at least two to three quotes. before making a decision. the person you fell most comfortable with. also most times the lesser quote is not always the best situation for most people.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Customers should consider the price, the time it takes to do the job, the contractors experience, and the efforts put into it.
