What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I price by the job. what I've always done is take the average price of the job in question for your area, then beat the price. so I'm always on the very competitive end of pricing.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

After we figure out exactly what your looking for we can discuss pricing and work out a time and date that works for them. I am available nights as well as days because most people work days.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have the best kind of training. ON THE JOB TRAINING. I have been flipping houses since I was 15 which I have literally encountered everything multiple times. I had to learn it all if we were gonna be successful.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

when I was 15 years old my parents started a business flipping houses. which I have done all my life. Although it was not something I enjoyed at first. over the years I worked with many very skilled older workers were I began to learn a lot. which became very handy in my own life as well finding employment.

What types of customers have you worked with?

everything u can imagine. couples of all ages and many different places. people that are wonderful to deal with as well as some that are on the more difficult side😁. I do everything in my power to make sure they know everything I need from them and what they'll get from me. over the years I have found that leads to mostly mutual business arrangements.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I really enjoy doing my own custom countertops and floors. I can pretty much do something cool on any flat surface vertical or horizontal.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Someone that's willing to work with u around your schedule and willingness to get the job the way u want it.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I would say that's entirely up to them. I am very up front about what I expect from them and what I will deliver in return. i believe this makes the process simple and they can make a well informed decision with no surprises. I've been at this a long time and in my experience I've encountered almost everything. so I know what works and what doesn't. Which leads to the customers and myself much happier.
