Pricing is extremely competitive considering our techs are highly experienced and highly trained.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

After the initial contact over the the phone we work with our customers to set up a coviement time to schedule a free estimate. Customers are updated throughout the work process on the progess of the work and accuracy of the estimate until job completion. After the job is complete the customers input on the work is highly valued and changes are made if necessary upon the customers request. The techs job is done when the customer is 100% satisfied.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

techs have a minimum of 20 years of experience in addition to various degrees and technical training classes are constantly updated and required.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Handy Andy Tech in a way started itself with compounding experience in various fields in addition to many years of experience grew on it's own

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with all types of customers. It can be challenging sometimes but we are diligent about keeping in communication with the customer to ensure their satisfaction.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We are proud of all our work weather its changing a door lock for a senior citizen or a major remodel we like to build long lasting relationships with our customers that last a lifetime
