What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer onsite free estimates for all homeowners. All of our pricing is customized based on the condition of the concrete and what you want to do with the space. We do offer discounts - ask about them when you reach out!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We first schedule an onsite appointment to give you an exact price of how much it will cost; we will find a time that works best for you to install, and our Dream Team will come out. Most jobs are done within a day, depending on the space size - so you won't have a ton of downtime with your garage.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have been in the contracting business with our sister company, Thrasher for about 50 years. We started Hello Garage because we knew that we could fix concrete issues but wanted to help homeowners get the most out of their biggest investment and enjoy the garage. We believe that garages can be an extension of your home and can maximize the space you have.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We started in the concrete repair and foundation repair industry which lead us to get into the concrete coating industry!

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked mostly in residential spaces doing garages, patios, etc. We also have done a good amount of commercial spaces - mostly bathrooms, kitchens and other high traffic areas.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Get a few bids so you can compare the service and the product. Also make sure that you know the warranty terms before you sign a contract!
