Introduction

We’ve all experienced bad contractors: The lack of communication. The rudeness. Job sites left in shambles. The sad fact is that we’ve come to accept this mediocrity as the norm. Backed by decades of experience in the contracting industry, Hello Garage was created with the idea that it doesn’t have to be this way — that “good enough” isn’t good enough. So, we focused on creating clean, organized spaces and making the garage makeover experience so remarkable that our customers would want to tell their friends about it.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Our pricing is based on the size of the space (square footage) and the current condition of the concrete (cracking, spalling, etc). With our storage and organization the prices are fixed but discounts included the more you purchase.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Our process is to first provide a free consultation and estimate to talk with you about your concrete flooring and/or storage and organization project. Once we have your goals we will provide you with a quote and answer any additional questions you may have. From there we get your scheduled for the install with regular communications leading up to the day of install.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
Our management team and install crews have been and continue to be trained on the best products and processes so we can give you the concrete coating solution you are looking for.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
After having spend years in the corporate world, we wanted a change and to be able to build our own business and success stories.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We work with all customers, residential, commercial, governments. No job is too big or too small. From porches, to garages, basements, patios to commercial space like warehouses and restaurants we cover it all.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
Most out residential projects take 1, maybe 2 days based on the size of the concrete area and the amount of prep work needed.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Make sure to get 2-3 bids and ensure that those bids are on equal footing. Many companies will tell you that they are using a certain type of product but in the fine print its not the same.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Always ask what products and type of products the company is using. That's the key differentiator between most companies...Epoxy vs Polyurea vs Polyaspartic.
