Introduction

We are a locally owned and operated company with 15 years experience. I am full service. We move furniture, fix and repair walls,hang pictures, and clean up in between and after job. All you have to do is select the paint color. We do not collect any money down and you pay only when the work is completed to your satisfaction. Me and my crew do the work. We do not subcontract any work. I look forward in meeting you to provide you with a free estimate.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We usually have the best price. I have low overhead. I can pass on the savings to you. Eighty five percent of my business comes from referrals. I do not raise the price from the initial estimate unless new items are added. If small tasks related to job I usually do not charge.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I will visit you for an estimate. You will know total price during visit. I will email you an itemized estimate PDF the next day. If agree you contact me to set a start date. I need paint colors a day before start date. Payment due after job is completed to your satisfaction.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have an MBA and worked successfully in the corporate environment. I too a package from company 14 years ago to work full time on my painting business. I also owned rental property and enjoyed making improvements.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I owned a few rental properties and enjoyed working with my hands and being my own boss.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with schools, churches, museums, factory. Mostly with residential repaints.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We painted a large wall of The Transportation Museum to project video. We skim coated entire interior to perform a level 5 painting standard.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Do not provide any money down or go with a busines that subcontracts the work.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Do you have insurance? Do you provide warranty? When do you plan to finish?
