What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Every project starts with an initial site visist to discuss customer expectations and options. Our goal is to educate the customer so you can make the best decision possible for your budget and desired results. Free estimates typically available within 24 hours.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Over 30 years experience. Documented training manuals and on the job training for new employees to assure consistent and predictable performance on every job.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

With over 30 years of finishing experience and an interest in carpentry and wood working, a focus on decks and wood restoration was a natural path for me to join Deck Medic, America's deck staining company.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with all types of customers including value driven homeowners, higher end homes, HOAs and commercial projects.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We take pride in every project, but breathing new life into worn and distressed wooden structures is our specialty. Projects typically require a first visit to wash and prep the deck with stain occuring on a follow up visit. Most staining is completed in a single day.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Any potential contractor should explain their process in detail beforehand. What is the best product and process for the budget and desired outcome? How long will the finish last?
