Hi my name is Marshall and I Own and Operate MTC Exterior Pro.We provide exterior cleaning for all types of buildings and materials: concrete, wood, plastic, and ceramics. We offer Staining/Sealing, Pressure and Soft Washing and more. We provide our services to commercial buildings such as offices, marketplaces, community infrastructure, and residential homes and areas. Our Mission is to not only meet your expectations but also exceed them by providing high quality service with affordable pricing.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I do high quality of work for a reasonable price. This is not a side gig for me but a business and I have professional pricing for professional work. But I do not overcharge like some businesses.I love to give military or senior citizens discounts.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I always put into account that they are hiring me to clean something they have invested their hard earned money into and I want them to feel safe in choosing my company. I offer a property protection guarantee with all of my services. I try to exceed the expectations by personalizing the services I provide.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am always learning. Always spending time learning the best ways to be more efficient and also learning what not to do. Alot of people make mistakes in this industry without the proper knowledge. I feel anyone can buy a pressure washer and put water on a surface but knowing the type of surface it is requires different levels of psi (pressure).

How did you get started doing this type of work?

When I started this business my 8 year old nephew started living with me. I wanted to create something that would better both of our lives. I already knew I was a hard worker. during covid I cut trees down and would notice alot of exterior of homes were dirty or gutters full so I just started doing research and learning and about 18 months later I started my business with enough knowledge and experience to ensure my quality of work was the highest of quality.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have had some of the nicest and kindest of customers. I love building a good relationship with my clients. I feel that people often have a tough time with service providers and I do my best to stand out beyond the rest.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently did a huge stain job. 2 stories deck, stairs leading down to the dock and the dock as well. It took 1 day to prep and 2 days to stain and was such a fun time learning new ways to be more efficient on bigger jobs.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure to hire someone that can answer all questions. Someone that guarantees their work, is fully insured and licensed, and have great reviews.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Is the professional they are using have insurance? This shows that someone is legit. Does this person have a great reviews? What protection can the professional offer to ensure my investment is protected as well as cleaned.
