About The Owner After obtaining my Construction Management degree from Wake Tech I joined many construction firms ranging from residential GC work, Home Building, to Commercial projects, gaining a vast amount of experience in these fields. From working for multiple general contractors in the triangle area, I have decided to combine all my skills and work experience to form a company of my own, specializing in general construction work to enhance your setting whether that be commercial or residential.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Pricing is very subjective. Every job is different, we go off a job by job basis. This means, the hourly rate in most cases won’t apply as that is purely a reference point. The pricing of a job depends on many factors. Distance of travel, material cost, sales tax, time it takes to do the work, difficulty of work itself, time it takes to price project from start to completion, etc.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Get to know who they are and what they are looking to get done while finding solutions that will best suit their needs.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I studied construction management at Wake Tech, graduating with my associates degree in that field of study. Worked many years in the construction field even before I was properly hired by anyone.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I started doing this type of work at a very young age. After working in my career for many different companies and people, I decided the only way to be diverse in all the aspects I am interested in, is to go off and do it on my own, taking with me all the prior knowledge I obtained.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We have worked with all types of clients, veterans, first time buyers, retirees, young couples, doctors, lawyers, other contractors, and business owners.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
We installed a set of French doors for a client, took about 2 days. We loved the work and the client was great fun to talk with!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
The advice I would give is, you get what you pay for, look for someone with great reviews and a great presentation. They may cost a bit more but they got to where they are for a reason. Tide me, if you truly love what you do, it will show.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Think about, what exactly am I looking for, do I have the right background information to accurately describe what is going on in terms of reason for repair.
