What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We do not take the normal 50% deposit. OCD takes so much pride in our work and excellence in our work, that we always leave the vast majority of the balance to be paid upon completion and client satisfaction after a walkthrough and approval is given. We also guarantee our work lasts:)

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

OCD was born in NYC. And we were raised by 2 parents. Our celebrity clientele and the NYDC (the most prestigious Interior Designer venue in the world) We were the sole vendor incurred with remodeling all 300+ showrooms in the venue; doing all the high end painting, faux finishes, murals, art installations, art hanging, carpentry, and remodels.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Since our birth in 2008. We grew into an artist owned full design company; recently expanding across major markets around the country. Our talent, accessibility and outstanding care to every project has us quickly growing into one of the industry leaders on the national scene

What types of customers have you worked with?

Nike, Diesel, Taco Bell, Mcdonalds, Aveda and Ralph Lauren are just a few of our repeat customers!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

We always separate materials and Labor costs. The reason for that is for the clients benefit and the overall quality of the project. As 50% of the project are the materials used. And even the kindest vendor in the world would choose cheaper materials to save on their bottom line.
