What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Over the phone we can discuss your ideas for your project, and schedule an estimate. In person we will go over all the details, build our plan and timeline, finalize the price, and set a date.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I’ve have been in the finishing/refinishing field for 14 years. I started with a small business run by a family friend. He taught me so much and helped me start my own finishing company at a young age.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently refinished an entire bathroom. The photos on my page are of this project. It took 1 week and both I and the costumer are thrilled with how it turned out. She was super happy to not have to tear out any tile, and the bathroom still looks modern, new and clean.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

They need to be responsive, on time, and have good communication. Those are good signs of someone who takes their business seriously.
