What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing depends on each job (Prep work, major or minor repairs, Ceiling Height). We like to get our eyes on job before giving pricing to ensure an accurate scope of work, and a transparent quote. Our company prides it self on fast response and same day quotes!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

After the initial introduction, we like to first get an idea of what the customer needs to make sure we are not wasting their time. Next we like to set up either a free in-person estimate or a virtual estimate for smaller jobs. Finally, we will send the customer a detailed quote, with scope of work and pricing.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I've been in the painting industry since I was born. My family has ran a painting business for the last 35 years. The majority of my work experience and training has been working and managing that company.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My family has run a painting business for the last 35 years. My father took great pride in training me and preparing me to run the business myself!

What types of customers have you worked with?

We've worked with all types of customers and projects. These include commercial and residential. With this experience, our company understands the standards each customer expects, whether it be a homeowner or property manager.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Customer service along with quality plays a big role in this industry. Response time and communication is a very important factor, as that will reflect the care and attention someone will give to your home.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

How long have you been painting? How would you complete my project, step-by-step? What recommendations do you have on paint and repairs? How does the booking and payment process work for your company?
