What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I do offer 10% off discount. Also I’m able to find a 35% off when purchase the paint. Normally I charge $120- $250 per room but that might change depending on the color they would like to use if it's a light color or either a dark color.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Give them a free estimate. I negotiate with clients to work with their budget. Also I give them advice of what kind of paint, brand and sheen. And I give them a big discount when they decide to paint the entire home.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

My family is on Painting business for over 30 years. And I have over 12 years of experience. Also I have a diploma on visual artist.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

First I started training and working with my family for over 7 years. I have a passion for painting and did not want to let it go. So I decided to stablish my own painting company.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Residential, Commercial, Industrials Brokers, realtors. New buyers.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Painted a house in uptow Charlotte that was over 60 year old, the walls was damaged, cracks and nails pops everywhere. Very rough surface from the old paint. It took me time for the preparation but now the house looks like new. The customer was surprised how It changed also she tough I been changed the sheet rock, but I didn’t.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for their reviews. See how much experience they have. If it’s possible ask for reference for their past jobs. Encourage them to receive 2 or 3 estimates so they can compare the price and quality as well.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Trustworthy contractors by reading their reviews. How many days will take a job to be completed. Ask If they are going to move the furniture and make sure the company will cover the entire floor before painting.
