Introduction

***PLEASE only message me only if you plan on using me, especially painting! Thumbtack immediately charges a non refundable Lead fee to us when you contact 3 or 4 Pros just to get quotes and they will not refund it, even you do not look at our availability first.*** I typically do smaller jobs from one hour to 2 days. I have done a lot of large punch lists for people moving into their new homes that take days also. I have photos of some of the variety of work that I have done from simple to moderate handy work. A lot of TV mounts and furniture and fixtures, 2 day home paintings and playsets. 3 day IKEA closet units. Minor electrical and plumbing as well. I am very big on communication and attention to detail. I will be fair and professional and not work on things that I do not have working experience with. I want to make sure everything is to your satisfaction before I leave and after. Responsible, respectful, professional, and fair practicing Christian. The areas of Shallotte and South, Holly Ridge and North, Burgaw and West will incur a 55$ surcharge for travel time and fuel. Frame tv's will be an additional $25 for the time it takes. I look forward to working with you!

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Pricing can be done by the hour or project depending on what it is. But, still keeping it less than the big companies even though my work is no less and hopefully better.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
Working as a helper for a few companies through the years and always completing my own projects instead of hiring out. Background in management and training.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I have always been a hands on person and big on learning how to do things myself my entire life. Also, not being able to rely on companies to do their job at least 100%, communicate, practice good customer service, and be self accountable.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I have worked mainly residential with some commercial work. Not quite sure the question. I am very flexible and respectful.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
The commercial project tearing out a wall, installing lvp flooring, and remodeling the bathroom. Unfortunately, I do not have the photos of that job before Thumbtack. However, I do have a flooring photo posted.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Something with a company will stand out to you. It could be something basic that others have a problem practicing or something bigger that speaks to you. I am big on first impression. Today, companies seen to fail tremendously at the basics when I need work done that I cannot do.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
What means the most to me where others have failed.
