What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Generally, we set up a free estimate for the customer to look at the project that needs to be completed. We take some measurements, walk with the customer through exactly what they are thinking, provide insight and are experienced to make their plans come to life. Then, we provide a free estimate to the customer that's detailed, giving them an opportunity to see exactly what they are paying for.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I grew up on a farm, and I've been in construction for over 20+ years. It just made sense for me to start a business that took care of its customers.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with all types of customers. People who are looking to have a small project complete, all the way to basement and bathroom, remodels and new roofs. Our job, is to make sure everything gets done right, the first time. Plus, Who doesn't want a two year warranty

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure you know the difference between a professional contractor and a person who can do the work. It may cost a little extra to higher professional, but you can be sure I have insurance, and a bonded. Meaning, you are protected if something goes wrong.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Do you want someone who is a professional? Or, do you just want some guy doing the work? Everyone wants someone they can trust, people trust us.
