What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Price varies wildly based on size, complexity and location of the mural. $15 to $30 a square foot is a rough parameter rate. A phone call is a good place to start. Email a photo(s) of the wall you want painted along with any sketches, examples or ideas of what you are wanting to do.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

A general conversation over the phone where we discuss details of your project, etc.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Check the quality and diversity of the artwork. Artists who have done many different styles and formats have a greater ability to see your vision and can make changes quickly if needed.
