What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Every job is a little different. I try to stay in the same pyramiders and to be consistent form your home to your neighbors. I have a set price for the square footage but depending on the prep work before hand will determine the set quote.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

To make sure the client feels comfortable with me and to make sure they'll be happy with the end result.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I was on the job since I was a teenager. Started as a maintenance man. Learn all aspects of completing apartments for occupancy. In the future I learned more of the construction trades. My specialty is Paintings , sheet rock repair , wall paper removal and much more.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was lucky enough at a very young to have a reputable construction company take me under their wings and mentor me through an internship.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I mostly deal with residential but I have done many businesses as well. I have never had a dissatisfied costumer and have exceptional reviews from all my clients.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I enjoy all of my jobs as I look forward to the end results and having another satisfied costumer. However, I recently completed a very large victorian home built in the 1800's. I brought some help in on this particular job and we completed it in approximately 5-6 weeks. I think it was one of my favorites as I enjoyed enhancing the beauty of the fine craftsmanship of that era.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I believe a personable easy to talk provider is key but also look at his previous work and speak with the references directly and/or read the reviews.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Just what they what done and when. The contractor should have the time to answer all the client question and suggestions from past work to make person more comfortable about their choices.
