Our pricing is generally determined by the amount of time and resources we expect a project to require. To get the best value, we typically offer a free service for larger projects. It’s also often possible to save money by paying with a check. We offer a 3-year warranty on our services and we are fully insured.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We always take the time to explain our process to each customer. We like to come over for an estimate in person, ask questions, and craft the best estimate for the customer.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are a company of painting professionals, and we are proud to be part of the fastest growing painting franchise in the country! We have many years of experience under our belt, and we have access to industry experts to help us stay on top of the best and newest methods. Our painters have several years of experience, and our project managers receive continuous training to ensure top-quality service.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Our owner, Jeff, followed in the footsteps of his Grandfather who was a painter in Brooklyn.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Residential and commercial customers.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We love working with Romabio paint. It's a mineral paint from the Dolomites in Italy, and the results are amazing. It's hard to describe the feeling when you see how this paint revitalizes a home.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure the painter you hire writes everything in the quote so that you are on the same page! Pay careful attention to the number of coats of paint. At That 1 Painter, we promise to paint enough coats to cover.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What budget are you comfortable with? When do you need the project completed by? What are you going to do once you have your home painted? We love bringing gifts to celebrate the completion!
