What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We have an over the phone discussion on the project they are looking to have done.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I was raised by parents in the trades. I have also taken many courses in painting, refinishing, custom built furniture, house repairs, and photography and graphic design.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I am an artist who loves to create. I always loved to build things and put a fresh coat of paint on old furniture to make it new. My father was a builder. I grew up with a hammer in my hand. He taught me the trade. My grandfather was an artist who owned and ran a advertising business. My mother was also a graphic artist. She taught me the trade of graphic design as well as I went to school for it.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I’ve worked with many customers. Some know exactly what their looking for to be done and others just have an idea but need help with the details.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One of the most recent projects that I am very fond of is a custom made front entry way table that I made for a customer. It only took 3 days from start to finish to complete. It came out beautiful and most importantly my customer loves it!! I also designed a few logos for a few businesses recently that my customers were very satisfied with.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Know what you would like done and the colors. It is always helpful to know these details to ensure that you’re 100% satisfied.
