What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Discuss the project over the phone, review any plans if they exist, meet onsite to provide the quote.

22 years of experience.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Passion for construction since childhood allowed me to pursue the knowledge and expertise required to complete successfully any project.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All types, from all walks of life and from all socio-economic backgrounds, both private individuals and corporate or institutions.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A full renovation of a 2 floor condo, including a finished basement. The project consisted of a new floor plan at every level, with a focus on opening the spaces by removing walls and designing beams to support the structure where necessary. We installed a new kitchen, new bathrooms, new flooring, new mill work and painted as per client specifications.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Select a contractor who can provide the highest levels of quality.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Ask about duration of the project, schedule, options that increase quality, finish materials such as paint, trim, cabinets, tile options, fixtures etc.
