What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

With our free estimates we also like to add small freebies depending on how big the job is. It can range from replacing your front door to cleaning your gutters for free.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I usually get their info first, offer a free estimate to take a look, hopefully they have a budget in mind,and after seeing everything I usually have the estimates before 24-48 hours.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have taken General Contractor courses and have experience out on the sites as well.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

This company at first was solely based for house flipping then as time went on I decided to do interior repairs and renovations.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with home owners.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Im fond of every project we have done and the work we have created for every client. Our jobs take as long as it has to in order to fulfill our clientele.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Try to have a budget in mind for the job. We always work with the clients as much as possible and let it’s dollar work for them. At the end of the day it’s their investment into their home.

I don’t know. Every client is different.
