Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. We ABSOLUTELY do not give prices based on photos, Zillow links or floor plans. All pricing is done through an in person estimate. Our minimum pricing starts at $450.00 for eight (8) hours of labor. Pricing is based on the condition of the walls, square footage, how many colors are used, etc.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We begin by meeting with the customer for a site inspection to review the project details, assess their needs, and determine the best approach to meet their expectations. Following this, a detailed estimate is emailed to the customer, and a follow-up meeting is scheduled if necessary to discuss colors, paint finishes, and room/area design. The start date is then confirmed, and an experienced Foreman is assigned to oversee the project. From start to finish, every project is managed and inspected by a Foreman with over 10 years of painting experience, along with the project Estimator, ensuring quality and attention to detail throughout the process.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
My first paintbrush was given to me by my first employer—my dad—on my very first job in March of 1997. From there, I went on to work for large paint companies, where I not only honed my technical skills but also learned the importance of running a business, professionalism, and exceptional customer service.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We handle everything from one-day, time-and-material touch-up jobs to full interior and exterior repaints of entire houses, always with the same attention to detail and professional commitment.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
We worked with a couple living in a small apartment with two children, aiming to make the most of their space. By carefully selecting colors, patterns, and furniture, we were able to create an environment that felt spacious, cozy, and stylish—one that would evolve alongside their growing family.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Ask questions—lots of questions! Think about what’s important for your project. Is the contractor insured? Do they work with subcontractors or part-time workers? Does the contractor have the experience to understand how your choices of color, paint finishes, and materials will impact the final result? Don’t hesitate to ask!
