Introduction

Most projects we approach in teams, starting at $120/hr for two. Projects requiring a single person are billed at $70/hr. With over 15 years' experience in production and set design for film, and with a background as a fine artist and sculptor, I bring significant talent, and an aesthetic sensitivity and judgement that's unparalleled in the business. I have worked with clients from every sort of culture and background; lawyers, doctors, and financiers, musicians and celebrities, folks with day-jobs of all sorts, renters, owners, retailers, event planners, home streamers, as well as college students, all looking to improve their space. I'm dedicated to help articulate your vision with my expertise in these modern wall decoration mediums and techniques: * Paint, lime wash, roman clay, patina finishes, textured paint, stencil designs * Wallpapering, fabric and vinyl coverings * Wall murals, 3D wall designs, nature-inspired textures, geometric patterns * Wood paneling, concrete textures, metal accents * Microcement applications for a sleek look * I can create beautiful painted stained glass and restore antique furniture My background being in film, I see each unique situation as a story; my client's interests and preferences, their style and goals, mixed with my expertise for a fresh, transformative redesign process. Please reach out for an informal, friendly, interior design consultation. Text with photos and a description, or to schedule a location meeting.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I am particularly proud of the complete renovation of an 1,100-square-foot 2-bedroom house in Jackson Heights Queens. My team and I undertook extensive repairs on the walls, and we removed a 48-year-old carpet to reveal a beautiful wood floor that needed resurfacing. We replaced the kitchen's discolored wallpaper stunning tiles. The client initially wanted to replace the cabinets, believing they weren't salvageable, but we discovered that they were of excellent quality. We fully repaired, cleaned, and refinished them, which significantly reduced the overall project cost. Another project I worked on was a mansion in Brooklyn. Built in 1887, the house featured six different floors and had been vacant for a long time, leading to a raccoon infestation that caused extensive physical and water damage throughout the property. The client wanted to preserve the original design and color scheme, so my team and I focused on restoring six distinct areas of the house to their original state. The results were truly spectacular, reviving the beauty and charm of this magnificent space.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Hire someone with extensive knowledge of various techniques and materials, as well as quick, affordable, and reliable problem-solving skills. The initial consultation and site visit are invaluable in setting the foundation for the entire project. Avoid purchasing any materials before consulting with your contractor. This save both time and money.
