We deliver free estimates.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We gather all new customers' information and input it into our system. We then send out an estimator who will review your project in detail and determine exactly what you want done. They will collect all the necessary information and select a crew that best meets your needs to complete the job.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Pell Painting possesses a Westchester County Home Improvement License.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I worked under a painting contractor for 6 years.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with all types of customers.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We have recently completed an apartment renovation. The work included painting/patching, hanging drywall, installing trim and flooring, and light framing. This project took about 3 weeks.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would recommend ensuring the company is licensed and insured. As well as having multiple recommendation sources.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Customers should think through exactly what they want done with their project. Have multiple options for your project, this will adjust pricing, whether it's painting all aspects of a room (ceiling, walls, and trim) or just a color change/fresh coat of paint. The timeline of projects is a thought the customer should consider, taking into account you may not be able to use that specific room while it's being worked on.
