What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We are based in Forbes homes pricing. As well as the average 2-6 man crews pricing to run a successful and profitable business. We are between the mid range to high end contractors pricing do to the product which we produce with our work.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We start with a phone call. If they like how our numbers sound they then agree to have us come to the property which we will doing business. This is considered the onsite estimation, which is charged at $150. We then discuss all project details, and I go over a full material list and break down the real numbers from 3 different distributors to find the best prices and materials to make their dream a reality. I then send over my labor and material quote. Which my labor is between 1.5x’s material which then removes all discount available. To 2.5x’s price of material depending on the size and risk of projects. We then sign a contract, collect the down deposit which is the price of materials and the first days labor of the company or 50+% of the project total, and then we begin the process of working on your home.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have over 4 years of professional experience. As well as a life time of knowledge. I am pursuing my degree in recreational sciences which will further my knowledge. I follow all 2023-2024 Codes and Ohio Laws.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

As a child I grew up on an old farm house.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Very high end customers, as well as investing income customers who need to make dreams work. I’ve also worked with customers who need to set up financing plans as well.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We saved a wonderful families second story balcony and made their dream a reality.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure they have a contract process, to protect you and to ensure they provide the work discussed.

Are permits required for the work ahead?
