I price each job fairly and am open to working within each person's budget where practical and possible. I can provide approximate pricing for simple jobs and typically a free on-site estimate for larger jobs or projects.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I welcome a phone call or texting to listen to a customer's needs and provide information and ideas to address their needs and provide a cost estimate along with a work plan or schedule.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have over 15 years of handyman experience through work for customers, and work on my own properties.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I've always been interested in any hands-on work and skills and have grown my set of skills over the past 20 years around my own house and several properties.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Mostly residential customers.

I recently renovated a small bathroom including new flooring, a new toilet, new mirror, drywall repairs and painting for an approximate cost of $1,800.
