What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We strive to provide a great product at a fair price. We are not the cheapest or the most expensive but we do quality installations.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Conversation on the phone to see if we are a good fit. Visit the project site and work together to determine a project plan then give the customer a formal quote for the work.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have received in and out of the field training from multiple large manufactures. I attend trainings yearly and enjoy learning as well as striving to improve my craft!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started working for a large industrial coating company. I was able to work under multiple foreman and project managers who had decades of experience and became a foreman myself. I enjoy being directly involved with the projects from start to finish.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked on floors with many types of customers from brand new homes owners, business owners to the floors at Fifth Third Arena and even a jail kitchen.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I am fond of the transformation of spaces and adding value. This is why every job is great to be apart of.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

They should be able to explain the process clearly to you and not skip on preparation. Ask as well as who will be in their home doing the work.

What are your expectations and what is the end goal for your project.
