4. Scheduling & Pre-Construction Walkthrough
Once the contract is signed, we schedule your project and walk the site together to review expectations, logistics, and timelines.
5. Construction / Remodeling
We get to work — managing the project, crews, quality control, and keeping everything on track. You'll get regular updates and access to your project manager.
6. Final Walkthrough & Sign-Off
We walk the project with you to ensure it meets our standards — and yours. Any final punch list items are handled promptly.
