Our specialization is in all inclusive bathroom work and other residential renovations with the ability to take on a wide array of jobs both small and large. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

The structure for most of the jobs we do are the following. We get a call or in contact with someone requesting our services. Most of the time we have someone go out and take a look at it so we can give you a quote on what it would cost to do that job in specific as everything is different for every project.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First, we assess if what the customer is inquiring about is a service we are capable of handling. If not, we will recommend them to someone who is more equipped to solve their problems. We will then request details about the job and most of the time go on site to create an estimate for the services being requested. When the estimate is approved, we will schedule accordingly to start the job.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have members on our team with 15+ years of experience in this field. There are 3 different crews that currently each handle one specific area of this work as well.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I got started because of various family members that worked in construction and other residential work I got involved with in the past.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with all sorts of customers throughout the upstate and really enjoy getting the opportunity to continue to meet more people.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We did 2 beautiful bathroom remodels where we installed gloss tile all the way from the floor to the ceiling after having ripped out old fiberglass showers. It was a very open space and had the lighting and all the fixtures changed as well. We ended up doing some HVAC, door replacement, and working on the exterior wall as well which totaled out to be 3 weeks worth of work from start to finish.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would say that you have to find a provider that you really feel comfortable communicating with and believe that they will be able to adequately address your needs.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I would recommend they try to get the clearest idea of what they are looking for so the providers can give the most value that they can.
