What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing depends on the scope of the job--number, size, and location of the holes that are in need of repair. We ask that you have some basic information ready when you contact us such as the approximate size of the repair and some pictures if possible so that we can provide an accurate quote.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

At PatchMaster our goal is to make the entire process of restoring your home easy. We use upfront pricing, instead of an estimate. This allows you to have confidence and accurately plan your project.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We found that there was a lack of companies willing to do small repairs. After trying repeatedly to get small jobs around our own home repaired, PatchMaster was founded. We aim to make it easy to get these small jobs done quickly, professionally, and at a reasonable price.

What types of customers have you worked with?

At PatchMaster we work with a variety of customers, from contractors such as electricians, restoration companies, plumbers, and HVAC professionals who make holes to complete their repairs, to homeowners, and property management companies.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently helped a homeowner who was preparing their home to sell. We patched up 4 holes and repaired dings and dents throughout the home. We were able to get the home ready to list with a 4-hour visit, and the home looked amazing for it's first showing.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Be precise and accurate in your job description. We don't always need a picture, but it is helpful to know how many holes, where they are located, and what texture, if any, is on the wall.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Look at exactly what you want to get done. If there are multiple areas in your home, you will save significant money by having them all repaired in one service call.
