Each project is unique in it’s own, along with what exactly the customer is looking to get done. We provide a free on-site estimate to better serve the customers needs, while offering senior and military discounts.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Typically we’ll speak with a potential customer and ask a series of questions related to the work they’re looking to get done. We’ll then discuss their desired outcome and best possible solutions to reach that outcome. We then provide a formal quote via email for the total job amount followed by scheduling placement.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

This is a veteran/family owned business that has been practicing handy services for years. We saw the high demand for affordable and reliable handyman company in the city of San Antonio; so we decided to create a professional business that customers can count on.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We’ve worked with every type of human you can think of, alongside a wide range of different style homes. We pride ourselves in respecting any and all that we come across. We look to provide tailored services to every customer.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A customer was looking to stain/seal his 6 month old fence. We provided said customer with a free home assessment that allowed us to connect with him and understand his vision for the project. Ideas were exchanged as we were able to curate a solution. We decide on a medium tone, 'Pecan' color. This stain was oil based as recommend and semitransparent in order to still captivate the beauty of the wood. Customer was highly satisfied with his entire experience and provided a tip of $100.00!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would advise to look for a provider with proven experience or a portfolio relevant to your requirements. Ask about similar projects they've handled and their outcomes. Also look for reviews or testimonials; what others have to say mean a lot. Lastly, consider "Value" over "Cost". While budget matters, the cheapest provider might not deliver the best results. Look for someone who offers the best value—balancing quality, expertise, and cost.
