I always give discounts and I am open to negotiating.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I always ask What are the expectations on the job and the job timeline.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been in the Remodeling business since a young boy. I have been in the field and on the business side of things for quite some time now.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My father did painting and remodeling his whole life. So I grew up around it and I’ve been working with him for over 15 years.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have work with people on low and on large budgets. I have worked with people that are out of town and we had to conduct business long distance. I have really work with all kind from polite to borderline arrogant. I like to think I can adjust to any situation.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently painted at 3000 square-foot home that was falling apart. I told the homeowner not to worry that I will bring it back to life. After six days of hanging drywall and painting I was done with the project. He was so happy and grateful of how it turned out he put the house on the market that week.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always check on their references.

What are their expectations and their budget.
