What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Placed on scheduled by call team, followed by in person consultation to discuss project. We then take measurements, followed by the presentation of a detailed estimate. Once the estimate is accepted and deposit received, frequent communication happens to keep customer updated throughout the whole process.

The owner's life purpose is to lead and create a positive impact in the community in service of others. With over a decade in customer service, people call you for solutions to the problems. It happens to be painting needs in this business. However, they remember the level of customer service provided.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Due diligence is very important. Ask about warranty, insurance, etc. Know the type of paints being used. Not all paint is quality paint. While cost is very important YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR in many cases!

If I pay "x" amount of dollars for this project, what will it cost me long term? Price is what you pay, cost is what you have to deal with! What is the process to paint certain surfaces? Painting is a technical trade. It is more to it than just brushing or spraying paint on a wall. Certain surfaces require specialty preparation processes.
