What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My prices are fair. We do our prices by measuring the rooms, counting how many doors, windows sills you have to give you an accurate price. We send the prices the same day. If is a larger quote we take 1 to 2 days to send you the price electronically.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

You will receive a copy of your quote electronically, if you agree to the price I will come with the painter to begin the job. I check on your job daily to make sure there are no mistakes. At the end we will do a final walk-though to make sure you are satisfied and happy with our work.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

From the owner coming from a family of painters and drywall installers he had the opportunity to work with his Dad doing drywall in New York for 3 years and 2 years in the painting industry. With all of our project managers we train them every week to make sure they bring the customer satisfaction to your house!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We have the best project managers and supervisors! We hire quality so the customer can get the customer service they deserve. Our passion is to make customers happy. That passion made us decide to go and start our own business to make sure customers get an honest price, good work, and most importantly satisfaction by delivering the finest painting jobs ever!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Interior Painting. We recently painted a full house where we did popcorn removal, texturing of ceilings, painting of cabinets, baseboards, painting of ceiling and walls, doors and living room wood paneling. It took about 2 weeks to complete the job.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure they are giving you what you are asking for. When you request for crack repairs, make sure all of the cracks are included in the price. When the walls, ceilings or trim are going to take more than one quote make sure it on the quote. Don't be afraid to ask for questions on how to do the job. The more they explain to you, the better you can feel knowing you will be on good hands.

How long would it take? Does the price include labor and material? How much money down do I need? Do you offer discounts? How do you do the work? Who will supervise the job? Are you insured?
