Introduction

My name is Diego Campos, the owner of this company. I am a very hard-working person. Since I was 18 years old, I started working in construction, working in different painting and remodeling companies, always giving my best. I managed to rise to the position of foreman, but then I decided to create my own company and here I am, giving my best to keep my clients happy with our work and always offering quality work and trying to maintain fair prices because our motto is: good painters, happy clients.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We have fair prices. We always try to check the prices of materials and labor in order to continue having fair prices for our clients. But we have to take care to pay our workers well so that they do a good job on our projects and so that our clients are happy with our work. We also have some discounts, for example for senior citizens and military personnel and retirees.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
When we start a job with a new client, we always try to be on time for the appointment. I also always try to go personally with my workers to talk to our new client in order to answer all their questions and explain to them how the process will be from the beginning to the end of their project. When the job is finished, I always personally return to make sure that everything is fine and that my client is happy with our work.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
Since I was very young I have worked in this type of work, that is why I have around 15 years of experience. I also have several training courses that keep us up to date with the latest in terms of ways to do the job better and materials to use and we are always updating ourselves to be able to offer our clients the latest in house design and painting.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I started when I was 18 years old in a painting and remodeling company that a friend invited me to and since then I really liked this job.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I think we have already worked with almost all types of clients because we have been in this business for almost 5 years and we do residential and commercial work but we like to work with all types of people no matter what race they are.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
We recently did a job in Lewesville, TX. We did interior and exterior renovations. We fixed some cracks in the wall. This job took us 6 days to do. The owners wanted to remodel their house to sell it and we helped them make their house look nice so they could sell it quickly. That’s something I really like, helping my clients make sure their houses look good when they want to sell them and so they can sell them quickly. I always try to advise them from my experience what they should fix and what isn’t necessary so they don’t spend unnecessary money.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
My advice would be to try to hire someone with experience and who offers quality work. Nowadays there are many painters and contractors but not all of them know the job well. The cheapest option is not always the best.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
I think that before talking to a professional for a job, clients should have an idea of how long they want the job done or how quickly they need the job ready. Another recommendation is to ask the professional all your questions before hiring him so that there are no misunderstandings and the last thing is not to get carried away just because of the cheapest prices. Many times they are people who have no exact idea of the job and only charge what they think but then they realize that it will not be enough sometimes not even to complete the material and they just leave the work thrown away or of poor quality.
