I offer a discount for veterans, teachers (including Sunday school) and coaches.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The key is listening closely, communicating clearly throughout each step of the process and then standing by your promises.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

My background is aviation. As you know training, high standards and quality control is a matter of life and death. We employ those same principles to benefit our happy customers.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Connie and began our journey into home renovations in the summer of 2001 by an act of God! Tropical Storm Allison took our home with 3 ft of water. We were uninsured so we had to rebuild ourselves. This became one of our greatest blessings as we learned we loved building things! God has a sense of humor :)

What types of customers have you worked with?

All kinds. The diversity of people we have worked with has been one of our greatest blessings.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We love painting exteriors of homes! We love to see the excited faces of the families who experience a new home without having to pack and unpack!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Don’t go with the cheapest price! Often times, you get what you pay for. Find a partner who listens to your vision. Once you find a keeper, don’t look elsewhere.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Try to think in detail what your vision looks like down to the finest detail. Collect pictures and notes to facilitate the creative process. Most importantly, ensure you’ve communicated these details with your partner who will provide key input. This will reduce potential delays and issues. :)
