What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing is different from residential to commercial. Price depends on the size of the project. I typically work with anyone on pricing and am very straight up with the price. If something happens that takes me longer to do the job, the price stays the same!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to understand every detail of the job from the customer up front so that there is no miscommunication. Customer service is key for me and I don't want the customer to have any unwanted surprises like change in price when it's all said and done!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been pressure washing various homes for about 10 years now and figured it would be a great time to start putting it out there!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I noticed how amazing my own home looked like after I pressure washed it, and knew that others would love for their home to look brand new!

What types of customers have you worked with?

All types from easy going campers to very detail oriented professionals! No personality will prevent me from getting the job done!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently pressure washed a stone patio and by the time I had finished, it looked as if someone had put brand new sod in it! It took me about 2 hours to make their property look like they just bought it!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would first get to know the person that will actually be at the home. Don't want any ole stranger coming over!

What all they are looking for in a job as well as their budget.
