What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

There are a lot of factors that go into giving someone a quote, every project is different and treated accordingly I can honestly say that I’m am not a cheap painter. And would never want to be known as ones My prices reflect the quality of work that my crew and I deliver to every single customer. We take pride in our work and it is how we maintain our clientele and promote our business

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Depending on the project at hand. I walk them through the scope of the job so they have a good idea of everything that is going to be happening in their home.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have 15+ years of experience working in new builds, remodels, cabinets with paint and stain grade, Faux finishes exterior jobs Cedar and metal work, power washing as well as paisaje staining fences

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My father started his own painting business, so I grew up helping and learning the trade from him.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with all types of customers With all types of backgrounds, beliefs and status Clients that welcome you in like a family member as well as clients that stay to themselves Clients that want to be there for every step of the way and clients that can go with zero idea of what was done until the project is done. When it comes down to it, as long as my crew and I are able to perform the way we need to achieve the quality work we are known for. Then everything is good

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I enjoy when clients get creative and go against the grain when it comes to choosing color schemes. Once the project is finished it leaves me great satisfaction for two reasons Doing quality work and making their vision come to life

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would say to look at more than one provider. When it comes to painting cheaper is definitely not better. There is great quality work out there for a fair price. Quality paint jobs are so beautiful even if you repaint the same colors. When quality is there you can tell

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

For the most part I find that customers are not aware that pairing is a very elaborate job. More often there is preparation needed to be done prior to even begin with the pairing itself. Customers should look and ask themselves if they know everything that will need to be done with their project at hand
