unfold fold
We’re happy to work with everyone and anyone. A roof is an investment in your future, and we believe in building relationships more than anything. Feel free to ask about our multiple discount opportunities, our $500.00 roof replacement referral bonus program, our guttering referral bonus program, and our financing options!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We offer virtual quotes for full roof replacements and guttering quotes along with free, full onsite inspections for quoting a wide array of exterior and interior restoration projects and for insurance damage documentation purposes.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
In 1998, I began my work in the construction industry as a commercial electrician. After 10 years, I went to work as a catastrophic insurance adjuster with Pilot Catastrophe Services, Inc. I worked with them for 16 years, along with another year with 2 additional independent adjuster firms before going to work for a local contractor and eventually opening my company as a roofing and restoration contractor.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
My best friend from high school opened a successful roofing business in 2018. Sadly, he passed unexpectedly, leaving the future of his company in question. In order to maintain the roofing company, his family asked me to begin working as a roofing contractor. Once the company's future was secured, I began making the transition into becoming a business owner.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
My work as a catastrophe insurance adjuster and roofing contractor has allowed me the opportunity to work with a wide variety of people.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
In December 2024, we were fortunate enough to help a customer in her 90s. We were able to help her document additional damages to her roof, exterior, and interior that her insurance company "missed". This allowed for more money in her pocket and based on the limited coverage her policy provided, this was crucial. We gave her a great deal on her roof with a free upgraded manufactured warranty, our Twin Exteriors Lifetime Workmanship Warranty, all name brand underlayments and a Class 3 impact resistant shingle.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Definitely ask for examples of their work and copies of their insurance. All of the reputable companies will have coverage. Ask about your service providers workmanship warranty and how they would handle an issue that was determined to be workmanship related. This is an industry that you definitely get what you pay for, so buyers beware!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
If the project is related to an insurance claim, it is critical to understand the insurance claims process thoroughly with no assumptions. Many times, customers do not understand the process and end up getting an inferior product for the same cost (the policy deductible). Other times the customer allows the insurance company to underpay the claim and end up being out-of-pocket more than necessary because they assume the insurance company's estimate is accurate and the claim has been "settled". These assumptions cost customers millions of dollars per year, and the insurance companies are thankful for these customers who save them money while always taking those premiums. Let someone who understands the process help along the way and you will be thankful!
