What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our estimates are always free. We set up an appointment to visit the customer to take measurements and give them a price quote. We offer 12 month same as cash financing. We also accept credit card payments.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

A new customer will see our profile and schedule an appointment for a site visit. We will take measurements and soon after email our quote to the new customer. If they choose to work with us, they can accept our bid and we'll schedule the job. We offer paint and color consultation free of charge, should the customer need that.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

As the owner of Fresh Coat Painters of Bellaire, I have many years of home improvement and painting experience. Our painters are craftsmen, also with many years of painting experience.

We have worked with home owners, stores, businesses.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Try to get 2 or 3 estimates for the work you need to be done. Compare the estimates and make sure that they cover exactly the same. Are repairs included, how many coats of paint will be applied, what type of paint will be used, is there a warranty, etc. It's important to compare apples to apples. This way, you will be able to make the best decision on who to hire for your project.
