My pricing includes material and service fees. Pricing is honest and upfront so there are no surprises. I also offer options so you can opt for a standard or premium package depending on the condition of the surface and/or customer preferences.

My process is a simple evaluation of work requested. Depending on what is needed I have a price per window, price per sq. ft., price per linear foot, etc. I offer 5 Star service & standardized pricing with offered services. I offer 2 options: standard or premium, after I explain the different options my customer decides which option is best for them. Initially I will outline a price and service results to be expected, and upon acceptance we agree on a date for completion.

I applied a high gloss water seal to a front porch (tile) & patio (flagstone) for a great customer of mine who is physically handicapped. I was able to put a grit additive in the water seal upon application, which adds traction similarly to grip tape or sand paper. Visually you cannot see the grit, it looks like a great gloss seal athletically. However, you can feel it beneath your feet and it is great for traction and making surfaces anti-slip.
