Introduction

Hi, as of dad of four kids, I have spent the last 30 years putting together all sorts of furniture for bedrooms, the living room, kitchen, dining room and of course outside patio. So now I'd like to provide the same service and expertise to my neighbors.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
I prefer not to charge by the hour but by the job as in the long run, it comes out less expensive for the customer.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Once I make the initial contact and schedule the job, I will confirm by text messages and then we'll also confirm once I'm on my way. Once completed, I have the customer review the completed item to make sure that it's done to their specifications.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I have 30 years of experience with carpentry, furniture remodeling and assembly.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

As a first time dad 30 years ago, I built a crib and at that point I knew that was a great way for me to provide food for my family.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I hope to work with everybody.

unfold fold

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Vet vet vet by asking tons of good questions.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
The customer should ask the pro what they would do if they encountered missing hardware during an assembly. The answer should be that they would go out of their way to find the hardware at a local hardware store and complete the job.
