Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We offer a free quote based on the size and amount of work you need done. Call or text us. We'd love to talk through your project!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
For a free estimate, customers can send us pictures of the areas needing refinishing, or we can arrange a time do an in-home walk through of the project. We can assist in choosing paint colors, suggest trim work to fit your space, anything you need to give your project the finished look you want. Once contracted, we require half down to begin work. Frames are prepped and completed in the customers home. Doors are taken off site to be completed. Final payment is due upon completion of the project. We accept cash, check, or card.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I have been refinishing kitchen cabinets for years and have done countless refinishing jobs.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I love seeing a finished product of my work. I like to work hard, and be physically engaged. Refinishing lets me work with my hands, and gives me the satisfaction of a tangible product.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We have worked with all types. Big projects, small projects; young, old; traditional, contemporary. We love the variety our work entails!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
An average job takes about 4-5 business days from start to finish.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Pinterest is a great place to get some inspiration for your projects. Or look at the pictures I have posted.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Be prepared to give up the functionality of your space for a duration of the project. Although cabinets do not need to be emptied, they will be inaccessible. Ask yourself, "what things will I need to use", and be prepared to have them out of the way.
