Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We offer free in-home estimates that are valid for one year. We price based on a cost per square foot and offer discounts for Veterans, Active Duty Military and First Responders.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We answer any questions you might have over the phone and then find a convenient time to set-up an estimate, which usually takes 30-45 minutes. We will take measurements, inspect the project area, review samples and leave you with a written estimate.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
Residential garages, porches, walkways, pool decks. We have also installed our floor system in fire stations, bars/restaurants, warehouse, animal kennels and other industrial spaces.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Make sure to ask a lot of questions about the type of product they use. Epoxy can yellow and fade over time and becomes brittle. Polyurea is a 100% solid and has a stronger bond to the concrete. We use 100% polyurea basecoat with a clear polyaspartic top-coat that is anti-bacterial, antimicrobrial, and UV stable.
