The beginning of a project always starts with a free, on-site estimate. Our experienced team members will visit your home, evaluate your needs, and provide you a price on the spot for your review. After the estimate is complete and the deposit is paid, our team works diligently to get your project scheduled in the next 1-2 weeks.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are a licensed, bonded, and insured Class A Home Improvement Contractor in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Our crews have a combined 50+ years of painting, finishing, and repair experience. We are backed by a nationwide network of That 1 Painter locations, ensuring that no project is too big, too small, or too strange for us.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with all types of homeowners, including first-time buyers, those in their forever home, and everyone in between. We also work with Realtors, property managers, and community associations to ensure their clients are receiving top-quality services.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Not all contractors are created equal! Of course, make sure your provider carries the proper licenses and insurance (we do!), but you might also want to ask them about their guarantee. If something goes wrong with your project after it's complete, will your contractor come back and fix it? We offer an industry-leading 3-year warranty on all projects.
