What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

★ Pictures are welcome to expedite the process. ★ Builds req 50% deposit; financing is available. ★ Delivery usually 4-8 weeks from deposit date.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I've been making things for over 20 years. My cabinets are framed in hardwood, and come standard with quality grade plys, high-end hardware, and sprayed on finishes.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Solving problems that stump specialty contractors: ★ Uneven floor due to defective joists. ★ Mold from prior undisclosed flooding. ★ Rotting fascia from missing drip edge. ★ Seasonal flooding from failed yard drain. ★ Rodent pathways into crawl & living space.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I prioritize repeat clients and their referrals. I strive to deliver lasting professional results, and to never be the lowest bidder. Orders for cabinetry go as far away as Yakima, and throughout Greater Puget Sound!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

• Photos are easy to send via smartphone & preferred over a lengthy written description. • Custom built is built to last and the highest quality products are still made domestically. • Choose quality wood and sheet materials sourced domestically. These can add the most value to a home, and provide durability that lasts a lifetime. • Project pricing is the most fair & honest approach to custom work. Hourly or “labor only” can easily lead to mediocre results.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

• Do pricing assumptions account for time designing, communicating, collecting & delivering materials, and time in traffic? And overhead costs including liability insurance, licenses, fuel, and platform fees?
