What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

we do not offer prices per the square footage of the property, but we do try to offer a fair price depending on the complexity of the job, some houses are simply alot easier to paint regardless of size

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Typically I will start by first connecting with potential clients to schedule them for a free estimate followed by inspecting the property and determining exactly what the client wants done and accordingly how complex the job will be, which will be reflected in the bid. lastly I will determine what colors the client wants to use and when they intend to have the work done.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have had 8 years of on the job experience

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I got started in this industry as a painters assistant and then as a paint sprayer in a different company

I have worked for real estate agents, homeowners and renters

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

settle on the colors you want before looking for a painter its hard enough to offer fast service with flexible scheduling without clients spending as long as they want choosing a color while I am giving other bids and working on current jobs.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

when they plan on having the work done, What colors do they want and what their budget looks like, I am better able to offer a good price if you are willing to be forthcoming with how much you want to spend on your project.
