What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

When the project is an hour or more away we might have to charge for the travel. These never exceeds the hourly wage set beforehand.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Typically we meet to talk about what the customer would like completed and if the project is doable we set an estimate. Then we discuss with the customer a time best suited to complete the project.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I grew up learning construction from my dad then I worked for a couple different trade companies to learn more.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started learning from my dad at a young age and fell in love with this type of work. I see every project as a new challenge.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Sometimes the cheapest guy is not always the best. Find a balance of price vs. quality. Try to look for a provider that cares about what they are doing. Some are just looking for the next dollar.
