Crafted Patios was started with the vision of crafting the most beautiful custom patio covers and sunrooms our customers can imagine. As the owner and the contractor, I am on site for every single project, and ensure that your project is one that I will be proud of, and one that you will enjoy forever.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer various discounts to help out our customers, please ask at our consultation what we can offer to you to help you out best.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First step is a free estimate from myself. I will come out to your house and measure your property and see if a project is even doable for your wants needs and desires. I will assist you in designing something that works for you and your family at no additional charge and assist with your home owners association of city jurisdiction if either applies.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I’ve worked in this industry for over fifteen years. I am a trained framer, roofer and electrician. I have experience working on many differing styles of backyard and other home remodels, and commercial projects. I also have extensive knowledge and background on the engineering and other processes required to construct a safe environment. I have worked in a corporate environment before and have experience in many walks of life.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started working for my father in law who currently owns a successful company in the same industry out of state.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I’ve worked with all types of homeowners and business.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We built a beautiful custom California room for our customer, adding a beautiful living space with endless usability. The project was completed ahead of schedule and our customer was thrilled at our end product. This was a complicated project, estimated to require about 10 days on site with our crews. We were able to complete the work in 8 days with stunning attention to detail. Please see pictures in our recents.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Please make sure to hire a legitimate contractor for your work. Many people try to save money by hiring someone without the proper knowledge and skills required to build a safe project for the customer. Check online reviews and utilize other resources to ensure you are hiring an experienced company with trained crews. The California state licensing board suggests that you get three quotes, this as it will help you find someone trustworthy.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

You should ask about the various products available in our industry, there are many manufacturers and styles of patio covers and sunrooms available, You should not compare apples to oranges, and make sure you are requesting the best products with the best warranties available. We only use Four Seasons Building Products, which offers the best warranty and the best product available! You should also have a general idea of what you’d like and what requirements your HOA has and what requirements your city jurisdiction has. You should ask about product warranty’s AND especially service warranties.
