Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Do you work for the military, are a first responder, medical professional, or an educator? If so, there's a discount for that. Don't be afraid to ask if you work in another field!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We provide an estimate. Once the customer decides they would like to move forward with us, we fill out a contract and provide any documents they may need for HOA or permits. Materials are ordered and once received, installation is scheduled!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
We have learned through hands on experience. We have years of installation and design experience. We are licensed and bonded.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
We started learning the trade working for major patio cover companies. We have not only improved and mastered the craft since then, but have built our company and reputation.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We have worked with all kinds of people who want to increase their usable outdoor space.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
We love every project and install them meticulously! It typically takes 3-6 weeks from initial signing of contract to project completion. This time variation is due to how long it takes for HOA and city permits to be issued.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
A lower price can sometimes mean thinner materials. Always ask what gauge (thickness) a contractor is providing with the quote to make sure you are getting what you paid for.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Consider how much coverage you would like the cover to provide and the type of roof you would like. (Insulated, Non-insulated, or Lattice)
